UX Writing - Clubee

Clubee is an application project in which all members participate voluntarily. I participate as a UX Writer, writing texts in two tones of voice for the client and company applications.

Since joining the project, I have performed tasks such as:
- Creating the tone of voice for clients and companies, opting for a casual and friendly tone of voice, and a formal and polite tone, respectively;
- Creating textual guidelines, standardizing terms that will be used in buttons, CTAs, notifications, error messages and general texts;
- Standardization and "Dos and Don'ts" were also created with user support situations in mind;
- Texts created before a UX Writer joined the team were reviewed and changed, according to the need for customization and adaptation of tone of voice;
- In addition to the interface texts, I also create notification and email texts, such as the password reset text; - The tasks were performed asynchronously, organizing the sprints using the ClickUp tool;
- The documentation and prototypes were created using Figma.
